Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Employee and Customer Service Portals with a focus on usability and performance.
- Customize ServiceNow Service Portal and Employee Center using AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Develop custom widgets, UI pages, and components to enhance portal functionality.
- Integrate ServiceNow portals with third-party applications and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Optimize portal performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices in UI/UX design, security, and compliance within ServiceNow.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on portal development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve portal-related issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and portal trends to recommend improvements.
